Discountsoffers.in membership registration is available through Login/Register Button and after submitting the request information to discountsoffers.in.On Registration, we ask whether or agree or not agree to current terms and conditions. If you don’t agree to our Terms of Service you will not be permitted to use discountsoffers.in Service. Please be aware that a member of   Discountsoffers.in is not allowed to turn any paid ads on Google, Facebook or any other Platform pointing to discountsoffers.in.If the member is doesn’t comply with terms and conditions then it would result in immediate termination of his/her account.

Our Service

Our Cashback Service allows users who register on the Site (“Members” “Users” “Buyers” ) and create an account with us (“Account”) to earn cashback on tracked purchases from retailers on the Site (“Store Retailers”). To qualify for cashback, the Retailer must confirm that the Member’s purchase is tracked, genuine and successful (constituting a “Qualifying Transaction”), and your resulting cashback must be received by us (becoming “Cashback Approved” as a result).

In the event that the Retailers do no track a transaction using their affiliate tracking system, then such sales might not be paid to Discountsoffers.in, and hence any due or expected cashback from these sales will also not be paid to the Member.

Becoming a Member

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Member.You must register for the Cashback Service using accurate and current information about yourself – including your correct name, address and any other requested details. If you are asked for and provide, details of a bank account or Google pay or Paytm details into which you wish to receive payments (your “RequestPayment Method”), you (a) must ensure that you are, and remain, fully entitled to use that Request Payment Method, and (b) confirm that you wish to receive cashback through that Request Payment Method. You should keep this information updated through your Account.

Note that your Request Payment Method (such as Bank Account or Paytm or Google pay or Amazon pay) may have rules about the maximum or minimum payment that you can receive through that Request Payment Method.

Important: You must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it – we will be sending you important messages there. If you change email address, then you must change the address we hold for you on your Account.

Online Purchases 

This is a Website is only a venue where users meet and interact with one another for their sale and purchase transactions. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, date, period, mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services including after-sales services related to products and services, etc., over which the seller has complete control and the same may be subject to change.

A venue enabling the users to buy any highly curated list of deals, coupons and extra discounts by means of cashback. Once a User chooses the most appropriate deal through the Website, they are automatically redirected to the concerned Merchant’s / Store Retailer website where the User can purchase the products on which the offer is applicable. For some of these Merchants,
we are able to track your purchase and in such cases, we share a part of the commission with You. This is reflected in the User’s account on Discountsofers once the purchase is confirmed by the merchant /Store Retailer.


After a Member successfully completes a Qualifying Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Cashback for that Qualifying Transaction, we pass that Cashback to the Member through his/her Cashback Amount.

Please note that there are various circumstances in which a transaction with a Store Retailer may not constitute a Qualifying Transaction, or Cashback may not result from it. This is also true for a Qualifying Referral. The Member understands that all transactions made by him/her are not with us, but with the individual Retailer. Our help pages provide further information about these circumstances. Further, from time to time Store Retailers may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our Site may be incorrect. By default, your applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported to us by the Retailer, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. We shall not be liable for any difference in the expected cashback by the Member and the actual Cashback received by the Member.

When we have traced a paying, Qualifying Transaction to your Account, we will credit your Account with a ‘Pending Verification’. Once the Store Retailer confirms the transaction, the payment will be marked as ‘Approved’ – this can take 45 days to 90 days or more from the date of the purchase. If the goods are returned or the sale reversed or amended by any means then the cashback payment will not be made. Apart from the Store Retailer, it is also mandatory for the members to intimate Discountsoffers.in about any returns or exchanges for which they might have earned cashback unduly.

Whether a transaction shall qualify as a Qualifying for cashback Transaction shall be at the sole discretion of the Store Retailer or us and the Member understands and agrees to the same. We shall not be held responsible if the Store Retailer fails to report a sale to us or does not qualify a transaction as a Qualifying Transaction. Further, we shall not be responsible in the event due to some technical or other error we cannot trace a sale back to the Member and does not qualify the transaction as a Qualifying Transaction or a Qualifying Referral for any reason whatsoever. Whilst we will endeavour to recuperate non-payments from the Retailer, the decision of ourselves, the Retailer or Retailer’s tracking agent is final. Whilst we will try and recuperate missing commissions, at any point we reserve the right not to chase missing commission claims, particularly where no purchase has been made. Further, in the event that the Store Retailer feels that the purchase is not genuine for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive any Cashback for the transaction, the Member will not receive any Cashback.

When a Member sends us a Ticket on missing cashback, our system would check if the Member had an exit click from our site for that store on the date mentioned by the user. If no exit clicks can be tracked then we will show a message to the Member indicating that they did not click via our website to earn cashback prior to the sale. All exit clicks to stores are saved in the database for cross reference on adding cashback values. Where a commission enquiry has been successfully paid by a Retailer, you may receive a lower amount than expected; this is due to the amounts received by ourselves possibly being lower than the original claim. We do allow you to query this with us. If a Retailer still hasn’t paid a manual commission claim after a period of six months then we reserve the right to close the enquiry claim.

We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can include transactions which are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to you by [Bank account or Paytm or Amazon pay or Google pay] or any other means. In all such incidences, Discountsoffers.in has the right to recover all unduly paid cashback which the member is not entitled to earn, through legal proceedings.

There are various circumstances in which Cashback will not be payable to the Member, and will be forfeited to us, these could be, without limitation:

Members or Buyers  Purchased through our links but not Qualified Transaction such as where Member or Buyer is not logged-in to our site when making the relevant purchase. Member or buyers can cancel any product after the purchase and many other reasons also.

Third-Party Information

In Website, it includes all the text, graphics, user interfaces, Logos, design documents, other content. We have no control over such third-party user-generated content as we are merely an intermediate for the purposes of this Terms of Service. If any of the third-party content infringes any Intellectual Property of any person,the User shall be solely responsible for any loss caused and we shall not be liable.

“Customer” / “Buyer” “Member” Shall Mean the person or any legal entity who accepts the offer for sale of goods/Services by placing an order for and or purchases any deal/Coupons offered for sale on affiliates.

All the TradeMarks, Trade Names, Logos or  Service Marks Mentioned or Used on this Site Belong to their Respective Owners. We are using these logos just for information purpose only. If any respective owners of logo/Trademarks etc. Don’t like to See their Logo on our Website or if it Violates Copyright norms, Please Write an Email to anilanjan3@gmail.com We will Remove the trademarks/logo from our website with 4 working days.

Typographical Errors

In the event, a Deal/Coupon is Listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or contents of Deal/Coupon information received from our channel Partners or Suppliers, Discountsoffers.in Shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for deals/Coupons listed with incorrect price or information.

Termination /Suspension

Discountsoffers.in reserves its right to limit, refuse service, restrict, suspend, prohibit access to the site, terminate your account and Services. (Terminate this agreement or suspend your access to the websites, Move or Remove any Product or Service that is available on or through the services. Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account, Establish General practices and limits concerning use of site) at any time, in its sole discretion with or without cause and without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use upon such termination or suspension, any data that the user has stored on the website may not be retrieved later. The User agrees that Discountsoffers.in may under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User’s User ID and access to the Website/Services. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to requests by enforcement or government agencies, possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party, anything acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies or harassing our employees etc.


You can withdraw your validated Cashback Earnings when you have Reached at least Rs 300/- in your Account. You can Withdrawal to your Bank account, Wallets. In some stores, we can transfer the cashback to your wallets only. Only a Few Stores it will like that you can see all the information in respective coupon and store pages also, and also user dashboard also.

Our Role

We are not a part of any transactions with Store Retailers and are not the seller or Supplier of any goods or services that they make available. Thus we do not have any of the legal obligations that apply to the sellers of those goods or services.

We have no Control Over or Responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of those goods or services available from Store Retailers or Whether the Store Retailers can or will supply and pass good title to any goods or services.

Members or Buyers Should exercise no lesser degree of Caution in entering into transactions with Store Retailers than they would when entering into a similar transaction offline.
